Installing monitor/mirror
1. mount rearsight mirror on existing windshield lug and tighten screw. connect male rca video connector of camera extension harness to video 1 input (yellow cable) of mirror harness. connect male dc power connector of camera extension harness to power 1 output (black cable) of rearsight mirror harness. wrap all rca and dc connectors with the foam tape provided. figure 4
2. route the camera extension harness and power harness behind head- liner toward driver side and to rear of vehicle.

Power connections and routing harness
1. locate black connector beside spare tire as shown in figure 5. use the supplied red t-tap connector to connect the red wire to the 12v ignition wire of connector. use the red t-tap to connect the black wire to vehicle ground point. figure 6. use the red t-tap to connect the white wire to vehicle reverse wire at back-up light.

Installation
Mounting camera and pcb
1. insert camera harness with in-line pcb into access hole behind removed license plate light. clean inside desired placement area of bumper with alcohol. peel clear liner off double sided tape on pcb. be sure to push the pcb firmly on the inside of bumper for five seconds before releasing. replace license plate light fixture. be sure edges are not sharp by using a circular file before replacing. clean the suggested location of license plate area with alcohol. peel the white liner off the double sided tape on camera assembly. mount the camera assembly as shown. be sure to push the camera assembly firmly on the trim piece for five seconds before releasing.
