MAIN PANEL MOUNTING
Remove the OEM bezel and gauge cluster from the dash. Remove the entire factory gauge cluster from the bezel. From the back of the bezel, first insert the 5” round spacer so it sits flush against the inside of the bezel. Next, insert the smoked acrylic lens and secure with a small amount of glue, RTV or similar. Insert the speedometer pushbutton into the lens from the rear (the kit includes 2 different size buttons, select the one that fits such that the panel lays flat and the pushbutton has room to move), then install the panel so its sits against the four original retaining screw locations (at the 3, 6, 9 and 12 o’clock positions). The pushbutton will rest against a switch on the panel when properly installed and the LEDs will rest against the lens. Insert the 3 6/32 x ˝” screws through the panel and into the bezel at the original locations (using the approx. 3, 9 and 12 o’clock locations).

WATER TEMP AND VOLTMETER PANELS
From the back of the cluster, insert the smoked acrylic lenses and secure with a small amount of glue, RTV or similar. Insert the 2 ź” o-rings next, followed by the gauge panels. These panels will be held in place by the long gold retaining bracket, as follows.

ATTACHING THE RETAINING BRACKET
When properly installed, this bracket rests against the back of the bezel and is secured using the four original screw locations (2 on either side of small gauge openings). Four screws inserted into the bracket will hold the water temp and voltmeter panels in place.

Begin by threading 1 nut onto each of the 10/32 x 2˝” screws to within about ˝” of the screw head. Insert these screws into the bracket using the holes that are located inside the openings for smaller gauges when the bracket is placed against the back of the bezel. Secure the bracket to the bezel using the four ˝” screws. Adjust the screw length until the ends of the screws are resting against the back of the small panels. Slowly tighten the nuts against the bracket until the ends of the screws press against the water temp panel and the voltmeter panel, securing them against the o-rings. Do not over tighten and crack the panel. Re-install the bezel into the dash.
