FRONT STRUT REMOVAL
1. Loosen the front wheel lugnuts.
2. Raise the vehicle and support it on jack stands.
3. Remove the front wheels.
4. Disconect the air line fitting and unplug the electrical connectors for the height sensor and solenoid.
5. Then vent the air from the bag.
6. Be sure to mark the position of the strut at the bottom where it bolts to the spindle.
7. Remove the nuts and bolts from the strut.
8. Be sure to disconnect the brake hose from the strut.
9. Now remove the upper three nuts where it attaches to the shock tower.
10. Now dismount the strut from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION OF FRONT STRUT
1. To install the strut, place the three studs of the strut back into the shock tower. Start the nuts but do not tighten them yet.
2. Attach the strut to the spndle. Install bolts and nut back in place.
3. Align the marks you made, and tighten the bolts back.
4. Attach the brake hose back to the strut.
5. Install wheel back and tighten lug nuts.

TO DISARM AIR RIDE LIGHT
1. Go to the rear shock.
2. Locate the pigtail going to the shock.
3. Cut the black and blue wire.

REAR AIR SPRING REMOVAL
1. Loosen the front wheel lugnuts.
2. Raise the vehicle and support it on jack stands.
3. Remove the Rear wheels.
4. Release the air pressure by removing the air spring solenoid valve.
5. You will need to unbolt the air spring from the top plate and take the bottom nut o from under the air bag.
6. Loosen botom of shock.
7. Now pull bag out.

INSTALLATION OF REAR COIL SPRING
1. You will need to drill a hole in the center of the plate and the chasis.
2. Bolt the plate onto the frame.
3. Install the spring into the bottom bucket.
4. Jack the axle back up and remount the shock.

TO DISARM AIR RIDE LIGHT
1. Go to the rear shock.
2. Locate the pigtail going to the shock.
3. Cut the black and blue wire.
