All instructions assume a drivers seat vantage point. Caution is advised when removing and reassembling wood or plastic parts of a dash. Applying unnecessary force or pressure may cause a piece to crack or break.
TOOLS REQUIRED: #2 Phillips screwdriver, 5/64” drill bit, drill, marking pen.
PARTS INCLUDED: Pro.Fit VSMTM, instructions, two (2) #10×5/8” screws.
LOCATION: Lower right corner of radio, below the radio.
STEP 1. Begin by removing the dash cluster trim bezel. Do this by grasping the top of the trim bezel and pull carefully, releasing top clips. A total of eight (8) clips will be released. [Locations of clips are: three (3) on top, four (4) on bottom, and one (1) on the right side of the bezel.] Disconnect all wiring to the bezel. Set bezel aside.
STEP 2. Locate a flat spot just below the lower right corner of the radio and to the left of the lower right bezel clip hole. Place Pro.Fit VSMTM over this flat spot. Using the two (2) holes in the Pro.Fit VSMTM as a guide, mark two spots for pilot holes with a marking pen and set mount aside. Using your drill and 5/64” drill bit, drill two (2) pilot holes.
STEP 3. Place and align the Pro.Fit VSMTM over the two pilot holes. Insert the two (2) screws provided and tighten with your #2 Phillips screwdriver.
STEP 4. Replace the dash cluster trim bezel securing all clips and wiring. Install hang-up cup onto Pro.Fit VSMTM.
