A vehicle modified by the use of competition product(s) for use on public roadways may not meet local, state, or federal regulations. Installation and use of this competition product(s) may also affect vehicle insurance coverage. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to meet and comply with regulations and policies before operating vehicle on public roadways. There is no warranty stated or implied due to the unusual stress placed on competition product(s) and/or the inability to monitor their modification, installation, and use. INSTALLATION – Please refer to factory service manual if available
• It is recommended that this exhaust kit product be installed by a trained technician/professional.
• For factory exhaust removal instructions and diagrams, please refer to the factory service manual, or equivalent.
• Some factory parts may not be reused in exhaust assembly and installation.
Installation: Tools required: 10mm & 14mm wrench or socket
1. Remove the factory exhaust system consisting of (2) 14mm spring bolts and (3) rubber exhaust hangers.
2. Remove the (2) 10mm bolts at the OEM heat shield. Install the new middle exhaust hanger that is supplied in the kit. Use the new bolts also supplied. You will reuse one of the factory rubber hangers. Torque to 6ft/lbs.
3. Install the Skunk2 Racing exhaust using the factory spring bolts and the (2) remaining factory exhaust hangers.
