Read all instructions before starting any work.
1. Remove the old exhaust system assembly from the vehicle. Lubricate the rubber isolators with WD-40, or a similar product, to aid in removal of the metal rod hangers.
2. Install DynoMax front exhaust x-pipe 54320. Finger tighten the inlet clamps.
3. Install DynoMax Super Turbo Mufflers 17662, right hand and left hand. Finger tighten the 2ı⁄₂” clamps that connect the mufflers to the x-pipe.
4. Install DynoMax R.H. tail pipe 55232 and L.H. tail pipe 55233. Insert the metal rod hangers into the rubber isolators on the chassis. Use the 2ı⁄₂” clamps to connect the tail pipes to the muffler outlets.
5. Beginning at the inlet end, align all the parts and fully tighten all clamps.

THE USE OF FRAME CONTACT JACK STANDS IN CONJUNCTION WITH A FLOOR JACK AS MAIN SUPPORT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO MINIMIZE ACCIDENTAL DROPPING OF A VEHICLE DURING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS.
