Step 1: Remove the factory grille shell and save all hardware as it will be reused later.
Step 2: Set the factory grille shell face down on a blanket or other soft surface that will not scratch the face of the grille.
Step 3: Remove the cross bar insert from the backside of the factory grille shell and save all hardware as it will be reused later.
Step 4: Put the billet inserts into their correct positions. There is a left and a right side billet insert.
Step 5: The top mounting tabs should be over the factory mounts. When each piece is centered in place to your liking mark and drill the lower mounting holes.
Step 6: Attach the upper mounts using the hardware saved from step 3.
Step 7: Using #8 screws and speed clips secure the bottom of the billet grille to the factory grille shell.
Step 8: Secure all hardware. Do Not Over Tighten!
Step 9: Install the factory grille shell with the new billet grill back onto the vehicle using the
hardware from step 1.
