Read all instructions before starting any work.
1. Remove the O.E. muffler and tail pipes only. Any pipe ahead of the OE muffler should be retained. Lubricate the rubber isolators and fasteners with WD-40, or similar product, to aid in removal.
2. Place a 3″ band clamp on the inlet of DynoMax front pipe 51061 and install. Slightly tighten the inlet band clamp.
3. Install DynoMax Ultra Flo SS muffler 17273. Place a 3″ saddle clamp on the muffler inlet connection and finger tighten. Rotate the muffler to a 450 angle with the top toward the drive shaft. Please see system diagram.
4. Install DynoMax passenger (RH) side dual tail pipe 55490. Insert the rod hangers into the OE rubber insulators. Finger tighten a 2ı⁄₂” saddle clamp on the tail pipe to muffler outlet connection
5. Install DynoMax passenger (LH) side dual front tail pipe 53660. Insert the rod hangers into the OE rubber insulator on the vehicle cross-member. Finger tighten a 2ı⁄₂” saddle clamp on the tail pipe to muffler outlet connection
6. Place a 2ı⁄₂” band clamp on the inlet end and install the LH dual rear tail pipe 53661 onto the outlet of 53660. Insert the rod hanger into the OE rubber insulator. Slightly tighten the inlet end band clamp
7. Place 2ı⁄₂” band clamps on the inlet ends and install the DynoMax SS tips 36458.
8. Beginning at the inlet end, align the exhaust system components and fully tighten all the clamps.
