Instructions Procedure:
1. Before beginning the installation, please read all directions carefully and verify that all necessary hardware is accounted for. If any parts are missing, stop the installation and contact your distributor immediately.
NOTE: The center channel/tube is installed in the lower position, if you install a winch higher than 11″ you can raise the central channel/tube to the next holes position.
2. If vehicle has factory tow hooks you must remove them. If vehicle has not factory tow hooks you must remove the plastic cover from the bumper. Image 1. NOTE: Tow hooks or plastic cover will not be reinstalled.
3. Locate the nuts and studs that secure the bumper bracket to the frame rail. Remove the (2) lower nuts.
4.Position the extension bracket from behind the bumper through the openning as shown Image 3. Place main bracket over the studs and secure the bracket to the frame using the (2) factory nuts before removed and ( 1 ) M12×40 hex head bolt, 1/2″ flat and lock washers. Do not tighten Secure extension bracket to the main bracket using ( 3 ) 1/2 x 1 1/4″ hex head bolts, 1/2″ flat and lock washers and lock nut.
5. Open the hood and remove the radiator’s cover pulling out the plastic rivets, then remove the factory bolts that secure the front grille. See Image 6.
6. Pull carefully the grille to the front and introduce the auxiliary bracket from outside to inside and place over the support’s radiator.
7. Once the bracket has been placed, assemble to the auxiliary bracket (1) 5/16 x 1 3/4″ hex head bolt, 5/16″ flat and lock washer and the nut plate, then insert nut plate into the square existing hole in the radiator’s support. Hand tighten. See Image 8.
8. Place the Pull Pro to the extension bracket as shown Image 9 and secure using 1/2 x 1 1/4″ hex head bolt, 1/2″ flat washer and lock nut by each bracket. Leave loose.
