Pillar Installation Instructions:
1) Remove Stock Pillar by removing the two screws located under the caps of pillar handle.
2) Install Gauges in new pillar.
3) Tape or secure gauge wiring to back of pillar.
4) Install new pillar in place of old pillar.
5) Use provided screw to hold pillar in place:
• Make sure screw is aligned with factory hole to avoid cross threading
• Don’t over tighten screw

1. Before beginning the installation, please read all directions carefully and verify that all necessary hardware is accounted for. If any parts are missing, stop the installation and contact your distributor immediately.
2. Side Bar set consists of a driver and passenger side. Be sure to determinate the correct side before installation. See illustration 3.
3. Locate and remove the supports of the body mount, front and rear part, (once a time). See illustration 3.
4. To install the front bracket replaces the OEM bolt with: ( 1 ) M12 x 140mm hex head bolt, ( 1 ) 1/2″ flat and lock washer. Leave loose. To install the rear bracket replace the OEM bolt with: ( 1 ) M12 x 120mm hex head bolt, ( 1 ) 1/2″ flat and lock washers. Leave loose. See illustration 3. NOTE: In models 2006 place the spacer washer between the support of the body mount and bracket.

Attaching motor to linkage assembly
The motors need to be installed before continuing with the rest of the Power.
Step install.
CAUTION: HANDLE WITH CARE.
To insure our customers receive all components with full integrity, we pack the motors seperate from their linkage assemblies. This requires that the installer position and fasten the motor before continuing with the install. Please follow the instructions below and handle the assembly carefully.
CAUTION: Dropping the assembly or any excessive impact MAY cause damage to the motor.

Procedures:
1. Make sure you park the vehicle on a level concrete or asphalt surface. Many times a vehicle is un level (side-to-side) from the factory, but usually not noticed until a lift kit has been installed which makes the difference more visible. Using a measuring tape, measure the front and rear (both sides) from the ground up to the center of the fender opening above the axle. Record below for future reference.

Read all instructions and fully understand them before installing you TS Performance MP-8 module. Disconnect the battery terminals and remove keys from ignition before installation. Place Di-Electric Grease onto every electrical connection.
1. Remove the dipstick and 4 bolts holding the plastic cover plate on top of the engine.
2. Using an 11mm wrench remove the 2 clamps holding the EGR tube that crosses in front of the valve cover. You do not have to remove the tube only tilt the tube up towards the front of the truck.
3. Using a 10mm socket and wrench, remove the bolt that holds the dipstick tube to the bracket and the 6 bolts that hold the air horn to the manifold. Making sure not to damage the gasket, slide the air horn forward so that you can access the front of the fuel rail.

Thank you and congratulations on the purchase of a Pacbrake replacement Dodge elbow to increase ex- haust flow. Read the entire installation manual carefully to ensure you can complete the installation once started. Check that your Pacbrake kit is correct for the application and contains all the necessary parts as shown in the photo.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Exhaust Elbow Installation: All vehicles, remove the two capscrews that attaches the cast elbow to the header pipe. 1994-1998 vehicles, remove the V clamp between the elbow and the turbo charger. Remove the cast elbow. Removal of the 5 bolt flange is required. 5 new fasteners will be supplied. 1999-2002 vehicles, remove the 5 capscrews securing the elbow to the turbo charger. Remove the cast elbow, 5 new fasteners will be supplied.

Step 1: Remove the factory grille shell and save all hardware as it will be reused later.
Step 2: Set the factory grille shell face down on a blanket or other soft surface that will not scratch the face of the grille.
Step 3: Remove the cross bar insert from the backside of the factory grille shell and save all hardware as it will be reused later.
Step 4: Put the billet inserts into their correct positions. There is a left and a right side billet insert.

Installation Procedure below:
Front Installation:
1. Secure & properly block the tires of the vehicle on a level concrete or asphalt surface.
2. Raise the front of the vehicle in accordance to the manufactures recommendation & support with jack stands.
3. Remove the front tires / wheels.
4. Remove the upper ball joint nut & separate the upper ball joint from the steering knuckle using a ball joint remover or other suitable tool.
5. Disconnect the lower strut fork at the lower control arm & the lower portion of the strut assembly.(See Photo #1)
6. Remove the air box on the passenger side.
7. Remove the 4 upper strut nuts on the strut tower that holds the strut assembly to the strut tower.
8. Separate the strut fork from the strut assembly & remove the strut from the vehicle.

Removal of original system
1.) start under the hood. locate the turbo. remove the v-clamp from the turbo outlet. loosen the bolt enough to unlatch the t-bolt, then pry the clamp away from the flange at three spots using a flathead screwdriver.
2.) from underneath your vehicle, cut the stock system in two places. first, cut the turbo down pipe next to the transmission just after the bend where the pipe becomes level. second, cut the stock exhaust directly behind the muffler. spray the stock rubber hangers with lubricant (wd-40 or equivalent). using a pry bar, remove the stock hangers from the rubber grommets. remove the stock exhaust system from the vehicle.
