MAIN PANEL MOUNTING
Remove the OEM bezel and gauge cluster from the dash. Remove the entire factory gauge cluster from the bezel. From the back of the bezel, first insert the 5” round spacer so it sits flush against the inside of the bezel. Next, insert the smoked acrylic lens and secure with a small amount of glue, RTV or similar. Insert the speedometer pushbutton into the lens from the rear (the kit includes 2 different size buttons, select the one that fits such that the panel lays flat and the pushbutton has room to move), then install the panel so its sits against the four original retaining screw locations (at the 3, 6, 9 and 12 o’clock positions). The pushbutton will rest against a switch on the panel when properly installed and the LEDs will rest against the lens. Insert the 3 6/32 x ˝” screws through the panel and into the bezel at the original locations (using the approx. 3, 9 and 12 o’clock locations).

Moroso Crankshaft Wipers are designed so that they can be trimmed to fit the widest possible range of counter-weight, rod/stroke configurations. They are to be mounted to the starter side of the block only. The Moroso Crankshaft Wiper is engineered to clear assemblies down to 2.9 IN. of stroke using stock type rods. As the stroke is increased and /or larger rods used, the amount of material to be removed increases. Do not be alarmed at the amount of grinding and trimming with shears which may be necessary to clear your particular assembly. We recommend.030” to .045” clearance around all moving components. After you have trimmed your wiper, be sure to smooth all edges to prevent all potential engine damage due to burrs vibrating off into the crankcase. Before final assembly, double check for clearance when the crankshaft is rotated a full 360 degrees. Be sure to account for “thrust end play” while checking for proper clearance. After final fitting and deburring, cement the wiper to the block. You can use contact cement or weather-strip adhesive (An alternate method would be to use tiny flat head screws or pinning). Next, install the pan gaskets in the usual manner. Due to the slightly increased height on one side,
Be sure to use a dab of silicone in the corners where the rubber ends meet the side rail gaskets.

First remove the old cam bearings. Start by inserting the Black Drive Cap with the CD- ring into in the end of the Arbor you will tap with a hammer – in this case the end nearest to the permanently affixed Drive Mount. Slide the Black Drive Spool onto the Arbor, followed by the Red Spool Stabilizer, as shown in Fig. 1. Then proceed with removal of #1 bearing, tapping with a 31b miminum brass or lead hammer (steel hammers may damage the ends of the Arbor). Then reposition the Black Drive Spool and the Black Drive Cap onto the other end of the Arbor to remove #2-3-4-5 bearings, with the Blue Spool Stabilizer positioned as show in Fig. 2. Relieve the fuel system pressure before servicing fuel system components in order to reduce the risk of fire and personal injury. After relieving the system pressure, a small amount of fuel may be released when servicing the fuel lines or connections. In order to reduce the risk of personal injury, cover the regulator and fuel line fittings with a shop towel before disconnecting. This will catch any fuel that may leak out. Place the towel in an approved container when the job is complete, and of course, no smoking. Magna Charger strongly recommends the following:
