A revised timing belt tensioner for 2002-2003 Acura 3.2L engines is part of a product improvement by Acura. The original design timing belt tensioner is filled with oil to dampen oscillation. Due to a manufacturing situation, the tensioner oil can leak. If enough oil is lost, the timing belt loosens and causes engine noise. The worst-case scenario is the belt may lose (more…)

Additional Parts needed when you have a Dragon Filter, 1 x 3″-3″ Coupler / 2 x 3″ Clamp Remove bolts securing OEM air cleaner box, loosen clamps on OEM rubber intake pipe. Remove the coolant transfer / PCV hardline from from OEM intake and engine. Mark the coolant tranfer hose origins, install the 10mm hose supplied in kit to those 2 locations. Remove the OEM rubber intake tube, remove the OEM air cleaner box by pulling upwards. Wipe the throttlebody clean of any grease, install the 2.5″-3″ coupler onto throttlebody, secure with OEM clamp. Insert Weapon*R intake pipe into the 3″ end of the 2.5″-3″ coupler, secure with clamp. Measure the OEM PVC hose, replace with supplied 10mm (more…)

The interior ventilation filter for Acura RDX, TL, TSX, Honda Accord, Civic, CR-V. Interior ventilation filter is located in filter housing behind glove compartment door.
1. Open glove box door. Grasp and pull down on the glove door holding rod located on the right side of the glove box door.
2. Insert a flat-tip screw driver to the glove box door stays and gently apply pressure towards the inside of the door to remove glove box door stays. Swing glove box door downwards.

2003 Acura 3.2 TL Vehicle Information

The 2003 3.2 TL is a 4−door, 5−passenger luxury sedan, or sports sedan, available in 4 trims, ranging from the Sedan
to the Type−S w/ Navigation System. The 2003 3.2 TL’s closest competitors include the Audi A4, the Lincoln Town
Car, and the Volvo S80. Upon introduction, the Sedan is equipped with a standard 3.2−liter, V6, 225−horsepower
engine that achieves 19−mpg in the city and 29−mpg on the highway. The Type−S w/ Navigation System is equipped
with a standard 3.2−liter, V6, 260−horsepower engine that achieves 19−mpg in the city and 29−mpg on the highway.
A 5−speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard on both trims. The 2003 3.2 TL is a carryover from 2002.

Because this is a “Race Only” product, it will not meet emissions standards. As it is a “Race Only” product, it will also cause the “Check Engine” light to be illuminated after three complete driving cycles. This is not a problem for maximum performance. The “Check Engine” light will not cause the engine computer to go into a “Safe Mode”. It is only a system function indicator. Special Note on the handling of your Jackson Racing Stainless Steel header: Congratulations on your purchase of the Jackson Racing Stainless Steel header. This is the finest header on the market today. It is constructed from 100% stainless steel. Including the flanges. It will not rust! But special care must be taken during the installation and handling of the Stainless Steel if you want the tubing to always look good.
