The installation of AWE Cold Cone Box for Volksgagen Mk5, CC and Audi A3, TT vehicles:
Step 1: On 2006-08 FSI engines, remove the entire engine cover assembly and inlet ducting. Leave the duct that bolts to the radiator support in place. Remove the MAF sensor from the engine cover assembly. On 2008.5-> TSI engines, remove the factory airbox, intake tubing, and MAF sensor housing. Leave the duct that bolts to the radiator support in place. Remove the MAF sensor from the sensor housing.

Shift linkage, adjusting Transmission in neutral Loosen clamp (arrow). Joint between selector rod and selector lever must move easily Remove shift knob, boot, and frame => page 34-21. Insert gauge 3104. Gauge must not jam Align selector rod/selector lever (with transmission in neutral) and tighten clamp. CAUTION! DO NOT put components under stress. Operation Selector lever resting in 3rd/4th-gear plane with transmission in neutral Shift through all gears. They must engage smoothly without hanging up. Front brakes – brake caliper Girling, servicing After replacing brake pads, depress brake pedal several times firmly to properly seat brake pads in their normal operating position. When siphoning brake fluid, always use a bleeder bottle that is used exclusively for brake fluid. Brake fluid is poisonous. NEVER siphon brake fluid with your mouth! Wheel bolt tightening torque: 110 Nm. Brake disc, not bled Must always be replaced together on both sides of axle
