Engine breathing
The s14 200sx seems to have been designed and marketed not as an out-and-out sports car, but as a sporty car with suitability for the company-car market. With this in mind, the air intake and the exhaust are quite restrictive, making the car more refined. Nissan has determined that on some 2004 model year Sentra and 2004-2005 model year Altima vehicles equipped with the 2.5 liter engine there is a possibility that power valve screws located in the intake manifold may become loose. If this occurs the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) may illuminate and unstable engine idling or power loss may occur.

Nissan Patrol Reference Document ZD 30 SPECIFIC (MOSTLY) ENGINE PROTECTION
In order to look after your engine there are a few things you can do, it is all pretty simple really, the best way to keep your engine running optimally is to keep an eye on it and use products that can better protect it, a basic list is as follows;
- Snorkel – Probably the most important item for any diesel engine. On a Patrol the air intake comes from inside the left hand (passenger) side guard. As you drive the dust that is stirred up from the front tyre is sucked up into the guard and into the filter thereby blocking it quickly. (more…)
Nissan has determined that some 2007 model year Armada and Titan vehicles may have been equipped with TPMS sensors designed for the previous model year vehicle. The TPMS is functional and detects low tire pressure as designed. However, in some vehicles, this condition could, at some point, cause the low tire indicator lamp to illuminate even if the tire pressure is not low. The TPMS would continue to operate normally if reset. To correct this potential condition, Nissan will conduct a Voluntary Service Campaign to inspect the valve stem cap to (more…)
The settings menu is accessed via the pull down menu on the main screen. This menu provides access to the general program settings. Communication- The Communication screen configures parameters required for NDS to access your ECU.
A. The port setting defaults will work for most users. Select a different COM port number if the port your cable is connected to is not COM 1.
B. Address read command – specifies the command to be used for reading ECU memory data. Some ECUs with daughter boards use command other than the default.

range of 100 miles on a full charge, as measured by the LA4 test cycle. AV’s Nissan-branded charging stations will be available
at the sale of each Nissan LEAF as part of the vehicle’s total driving system. The home-charging stations are designed to
provide a safe and reliable charge when installed with a connection to a 220-volt line. It will take eight hours to fully charge the
Nissan LEAF from a fully discharged state.
