Ford Ignition Start Control

The Ford – Ignition Start Control’s (ISC) will prevent start-up backfire during alternate fuel operation. The controller delays the ignition until the Ford OEM computer synchronizes with the cam sensor and generates no waste spark.

The launch of Nissan Forklift’s new lower emission Platinum II Series lift trucks is a reflection of Nissan’s global philosophy which seeks “symbiosis of people, vehicles and nature”. These trucks are powered by Nissan’s own reliable and efficient industrial engines, which have been redesigned to incorporate technological advances to increase fuel efficiency and performance. Nissan’s industrial engines deliver greatly (more…)

AUDI ECU for A3, A4, TT (1800 cc)

AIM has developed special applications for many of the most common ECUs: by special applications we mean user-friendly systems which allow to easily connect your ECU to our high tech data loggers: user needs only to install harness between the logger and the ECU. Once connected, the logger displays (and/or records, depending on the logger and on the ECU data stream) values like RPM, engine load, throttle position (TPS), air and water temperatures, battery voltage, speed, gear, lambda value (air/fuel ratio) analog channels…
All AIM loggers include – free of charge – Race Studio 2 software, a powerful tool to configure the system and analyze recorded data on your PC.

By a built-in sensor unit, the manifold absolute pressure sensor detects the intake manifold pressure as a voltage. The ECM then determines the basic injection duration and basic injection advance angle based on this voltage. Since the manifold absolute pressure sensor does not use the atmospheric pressure as a criterion, but senses the absolute pressure inside the intake manifold (the pressure in proportion to the present absolute vacuum 0), it is not influenced by fluctuations in the atmospheric pressure due to high altitude and other factors. This permits it to control the air-fuel ratio at the proper lever under all conditions.

The Jet Performance Module is designed to enhance the performance and drivability of your vehicle. By optimizing the air/fuel ratio, ignition advance and various other parameters. The Jet Module retunes your engine for maximum performance.
JET STAGE 1 MODULE:
The Jet Stage 1 Module is optimized for stock vehicles. Minor bolt on modifications such as free flow air filters and cat back exhaust systems will work with the stage 1 tuning. Premium fuel is recommended for best performance gains, but for normal light driving, lowgrade or midgrade fuels may be used.
JET STAGE 2 MODULE:
The Jet Stage 2 Module is optimized for modified vehicles. The stage 2 requires premium fuel and the use of a Jet 180 degree thermostat. We also recommend a cat back exhaust system. The stage 2 will work well with headers, free flow air intake systems and filters.
