While simple in principle, the S-Flo for the 2.7l twin turbo produces quite tangible increases in engine power and smoothness. The improvements are from a combination of air filter design (the unique venturi shaped base of the ITG filter) and the precise mandrel bent transition tube. Our scan tool measurements recorded an average increase of 25 grams-per-second of air through the mass air flow sensor (MAF), with a dramatically smoother flow curve. The Bi-Pipe installation procedures for Audi S4:
1. Allow engine to cool before beginning installation.
2. Remove throttle body cover by twisting the two ¼ turn mounting screws and pulling straight up on the cover.
3. Remove two screws securing the fresh air intake ducting.
4.Remove ducting by pulling up on the left side first and then pull out.
5.Remove two 8mm nuts and washers securing the boost sensor.
6.Remove two 5mm allen head bolts securing the boost sensor bracket and remove bracket.

The AWE Tuning RSK04 Fueling Kit picks up where the Audi RS4 leaves off! AWE Tuning worked very closely with GIAC to establish the proper mechanical parameters which would overcome limitations in the RS4 that GIAC documented during chip development. The RS4 Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor and fuel injectors are inappropriate for use on an S4, and we also had our sights set even higher than chipped RS4 territory with the RSK04 kit.

Bob and I appreciate your purchase of your HyperBoost Valves from Stratmosphere. Please read these instructions prior to installation so that you can enjoy a simple and quick installation of your new HyperBoost valves!

Step 1- Remove motor cover
This is the small triangular cover in the front of the engine where the dipstick is located (figure 1). Just twist the two screws 90 degrees counterclockwise. Then lift up the cover. The cover fits onto a rubber round mount at the point on the “triangle” as well. It’s just pressed on there.
