STEP 1. Begin by opening the arm rest cover. Insert your hook tool under the left side of the small trim piece next to the cup holder. Pull gently to release the left retainer clip. Repeat on the right side to remove the trim piece. Remove the two (2) Phillips screws that are behind the small trim piece. Next, set the emergency brake and put the gear shift lever into gear. Remove the trim bezel around the gear shift by inserting your hook tool under its edge and gently pulling upwards. Work your hook tool around the bezel to release all six (6) clips. Neon Front Door Instructions:
1. Using a pick tool pry open the screw cover behind the interior door release lever and remove the screw.
2. Remove the screws in the armrest pocket and at the top of the door near the front.
3. For models with manual windows use a window crank removal tool to disengage the pin securing the window
crank and pull the window crank from the door. The triangle shaped piece that houses the side mirror
adjustment control lever will need to be pulled away from the door. Using a panel removal tool gently pry
the bottom of the plastic away from the door to release the fasteners and let it hang by the mirror control cables.

Locate four slots on the face of the radio. Insert four Audi DIN tools in these four slots until you hear or feel the tools click or lock.
