The mounting procedure outlined below covers the 1997-2002 Jeep Wrangler. Note that a
Front Gross Axle Rating (FGAWR) of 2500 lbs. is required. A suspension upgrade and additional
ballast may be necessary. You will need to refer to the illustrations and familiarize yourself with each
of the undercarriage components and their relative position to each other. Then proceed as follows:
Begin by removing the four screws that hold the plastic “Jeep” valance in place above the
bumper. Keep these screws as they will need to be reinstalled.

Installation Procedure:
1. On left wall of trunk, remove the three fasteners that secure the trunk liner.
2. Remove Velcro attached net storage if equipped.
3. Open left rear passenger door fold down seat and remove two remaining fasteners that secure trunk liner.
4. Remove trunk liner.
5. Using Router Docking Station as a template, drill or punch four 1/8” diameter holes in level area near rear of trunk liner. Use caution-insulation located behind this area can bind in drill bit.
6. Attach docking station using four supplied nylon Key Hole clips.

The mounting procedure outlined below covers the 2003 and Newer ū & 1 Ton Dodge trucks. You will need to refer to the illustrations and familiarize yourself with each of the undercarriage components and their relative position to each other. Then proceed as follows:
1. Remove the mounting hardware connecting the bumper to the driver side of the frame. Align the two vertical holes on Push Beam Support Plate (62B) with the bumper mounting holes on the outside of the frame. Attach Push Beam Support Plate (62B) to the frame using ―”-13 x 4-―” Hex Head Bolt (G) and ―”-13 Lock Nut (B). The rear and bottom mounting holes on Push Beam Support Plate (62B) must be drilled in the truck frame. With Push Beam Support Plate (62B) in place, drill two 9/16” diameter holes in the truck frame. Drill the hole in the side of Push Beam Support Plate (62B) through both walls of the frame. Drill the bottom hole through the bottom frame wall only. Repeat the process on the passenger side.

For easier assembly and installation, vehicle and all snowplow components should be on a smooth, level, hard surface, such as concrete.
1. Remove bumper from bumper brackets. Retain fasteners.
2. Remove bumper brackets from frame. Diesel and V10 applications: On these applications you must first remove the top two intercooler fasteners. Then push intercooler up and out to provide clearance to remove bumper bracket bolt assembly.
Retain fasteners.

Read instructions before assembling. Fasteners should be finger tight until instructed to tighten according to the torque chart. Use standard methods and practices when attaching snowplow including proper personal protective safety equipment.

1. Remove license plate bracket and retain for vehicle owner. Remove bumper from bumper brackets. Retain fasteners.
