1. Start by raising the car and supporting it with jack stands, remove all un-used brackets from the vehicle (Front leaf spring bracket, rear leaf spring hanger saddle, leaf springs & rear end). Step 1. Remove the contents from the box and check for any damage. Verify all parts against the parts list.
Step 2. Read and understand instructions completely before beginning installation.
Step 3. To assemble the grille guard, position the center section. The bottom side of the center section is the longer end. Insert wings so that the wing slot lines up with the center section hole. Attach uprights to grille guard through top holes (more…)

Prepare for Installation this towing hitch for your Toyota Rav4.
(a) Verify kit contents (b) Wear Safety Glasses. (c) Raise Vehicle. (d) Caution Muffler might be hot
2. Remove Rear Bumper Fascia
(a) Remove (2) Phillips head screws (A) from both sides of the rear fascia (Fig. 2-1). (b) Remove (7) push pins (A) on edges of fascia (Fig. 2-2) (c) Remove (2) Phillips head screws (B) from bottom of fascia (Fig. 2-2). (d) See Fig. 2-3 for removal of fastener (C). (e) Remove (1) 10 mm hex head bolt (C) from right hand (RH) side of fascia. (Fig. 2-3) (f) With one person on each end, remove fascia from vehicle. Store in a safe place to avoid damage during installation.
3. Remove Vehicle Tie Down
(a) Remove (2) M12 Bolts and vehicle tie down (A) from the left hand (Drivers Side) rear of vehicle (Fig. 3-1). (b) Dispose of bracket and (2) bolts.

INSTALLATION
NOTE: You will need a #50 Torx bit for this installation
1. Assemble the harness support rods as shown below using the provided heim joints and nuts. Leave at least ¼” of thread showing on each heim joint to allow for adjustment during installation. Do not fully tighten the nuts at this time. NOTE: One end of each of the support rods has reversed thread.

2 – Sealing sleeve On vehicles with engine code BWF Replace if damaged Ensure seated tightly
3 – Bracket On vehicles with engine code BWF For intake hose between air filter and intake manifold flap
4 – Acoustic cover For vehicles with engine code BWF
5 – Cylinder head cover On vehicles with engine code BWF Always clean sealing surfaces of cylinder head cover with a clean cloth before setting in place Replace seal together with cylinder head cover if damaged or leaking Observe tightening sequence of bolts

This performance kit installation steps on Audi A3: 1. Disconnect the negative terminal from the vehicle battery. 2. Remove the plastic engine cover. (Fig. 1) 3. Unclip & remove the engine breather hose from the intake pipe. (Fig. 2) 4. Remove the small vacuum hose from under the breather hose on the intake pipe. Follow the vacuum hose & remove the hose from the inlet manifold. Blank off the pipe on the manifold using the small rubber cap supplied. (Fig. 3) 5. Remove the small rubber hose from the side of the intake pipe as shown. (Fig. 4) 6. Unclip & remove the auxiliary air pump feed pipe from the air box as shown. (Fig. 5) 7. Unclip & remove the plastic intake pipe from the throttle housing. (Fig. 6) 8. Remove the air box securing bolt & carefully pull the air box assembly out of its mounting grommets. The installation of AWE Cold Cone Box for Volksgagen Mk5, CC and Audi A3, TT vehicles:
Step 1: On 2006-08 FSI engines, remove the entire engine cover assembly and inlet ducting. Leave the duct that bolts to the radiator support in place. Remove the MAF sensor from the engine cover assembly. On 2008.5-> TSI engines, remove the factory airbox, intake tubing, and MAF sensor housing. Leave the duct that bolts to the radiator support in place. Remove the MAF sensor from the sensor housing.

The mounting procedure outlined below covers the 1997-2002 Jeep Wrangler. Note that a
Front Gross Axle Rating (FGAWR) of 2500 lbs. is required. A suspension upgrade and additional
ballast may be necessary. You will need to refer to the illustrations and familiarize yourself with each
of the undercarriage components and their relative position to each other. Then proceed as follows:
Begin by removing the four screws that hold the plastic “Jeep” valance in place above the
bumper. Keep these screws as they will need to be reinstalled.
