Installation: 2005 Dodge Charger or Magnum
1. Remove the 2 plastic covers that protect the front area under the hood (Fig. 1). They snap into or out of the vehicle.
2. Remove the 2 bolts that hold the hood latch assembly on and set it aside (do not disconnect the cables). Unplug the horn wire and place the wire out of the way (Figs. 1 & 2).
3. Mount speaker to bracket (Fig. 3).
4. Remove all the plastic rivets from the top of the front of the body of the vehicle, then pull the body toward the front of the vehicle (the body is flexible). Slide the 2 U-Nuts onto the support braces (Fig. 4) and place the bracket (with siren attached) on top of the U-Nuts. The front “ears” of the bracket rest on the two U-Nuts which clip onto the support braces (Fig. 4). The rear of the bracket will mount behind the hood latch assembly using the hood latch’s mounting hardware (Fig. 2).

Attaching motor to linkage assembly
The motors need to be installed before continuing with the rest of the Power.
Step install.
CAUTION: HANDLE WITH CARE.
To insure our customers receive all components with full integrity, we pack the motors seperate from their linkage assemblies. This requires that the installer position and fasten the motor before continuing with the install. Please follow the instructions below and handle the assembly carefully.
CAUTION: Dropping the assembly or any excessive impact MAY cause damage to the motor.

Step 1: Remove the factory grille shell and save all hardware as it will be reused later.
Step 2: Set the factory grille shell face down on a blanket or other soft surface that will not scratch the face of the grille.
Step 3: Remove the cross bar insert from the backside of the factory grille shell and save all hardware as it will be reused later.
Step 4: Put the billet inserts into their correct positions. There is a left and a right side billet insert.

Remove Plugs – Driver’s Side
Counting from the front, locate the third (3rd) and seventh (7th) plugs on the inner sill for a Quad Cab. For a Mega Cab locate the third (3rd) and eighth (8th) plugs. Use a flat screwdriver to pry them out
Assemble Rear Mounting Bracket Assembly – Driver’s Side
Locate the Rear Mounting Brackets and the Mounting Bracket Support Nuts in the parts kit. Use a Medium Hex Bolt to attach a Support Nut to the back of the Rear Mounting Bracket. If you have a Mega Cab, remove the tape and cut as indicated for the Mega Cab Rear Bracket, if necessary.

Tools needed: T30 Torx Bit, power drill, 15/64” drill bit, 10 mm socket, ratchet and short extension, stanley knife or tin snips, small clamp; optional: one caulk tube of silicone adhesive
BEFORE PAINTING – FIT BUMPER COVER AS FOLLOWS:
1. Remove the factory Air Dam by removing the five 10 mm hex bolts; discard the bolts and Air Dam.
2. Using the T30 Torx Bit and remove the two torx head bolts at each end of the factory painted upper bumper cover; save these bolts.
3. Using a stanley knive or tin snips, trim away approximately ž” of material from under the bottom edge of the factory upper bumper cover on each side at the area where the cover curves into the center bumper opening. This will allow clearance for the upper edge of the TMD Bumper Cover to slide up into this area. It is necessary to gently pull or pry out on the factory upper bumper cover to trim it.

Instructions Procedure:
1. Before beginning the installation, please read all directions carefully and verify that all necessary hardware is accounted for. If any parts are missing, stop the installation and contact your distributor immediately.
NOTE: The center channel/tube is installed in the lower position, if you install a winch higher than 11″ you can raise the central channel/tube to the next holes position.
2. If vehicle has factory tow hooks you must remove them. If vehicle has not factory tow hooks you must remove the plastic cover from the bumper. Image 1. NOTE: Tow hooks or plastic cover will not be reinstalled.
3. Locate the nuts and studs that secure the bumper bracket to the frame rail. Remove the (2) lower nuts.

Before you begin installing this seat riser, please read all installation instructions and warnings thoroughly. This seat is designed to be used on the model vehicles described above. Use of this riser on any other vehicle or failure to install this seat properly may result in an improperly mounted seat and could result in unexpected movement of the seat and loss of control of the vehicle, thereby placing the occupants of the vehicle and others in a potentially dangerous situation.

The installation instructions step:
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable! Loosen two hose clamps and remove the air intake tube. Separate the intake tube from the plastic clamp on the upper radiator hose. (If equipped).
2. Using a 10mm socket, remove the three nuts that hold the throttle body to the intake manifold.
3. Using a 4mm socket, remove the three studs that go thru the throttle body into the intake manifold.

All instructions are written from the drivers seat position looking forward at the vehicle dash. We advise caution whenever your removing or handling plastic parts of a vehicles dash. WARNING: Unnecessary force or pressure can cause pieces to crack or break.
Locate four slots on the face of the radio. Insert four Audi DIN tools in these four slots until you hear or feel the tools click or lock.
