Installation is the easiest if you have a Haynes, Clymer or Chilton manual for your car. Next: 1. Locate your car’s year, make and model. 2. Select: “Repair Info” at the left side of the screen. 3. Select: “Vehicle Repair Guides”, “Chassis Electrical”, “Wiring Diagrams”.
If you have a problem with obtaining a wiring diagram you can identify the wires yourself. Note: Instead of taking a chance by stripping insulation, you can take two sewing needles or poster pins. Turn ignition OFF. Pierce isolation so that the needles are touching the wire inside (more…)

Installation Procedure:
1. On left wall of trunk, remove the three fasteners that secure the trunk liner.
2. Remove Velcro attached net storage if equipped.
3. Open left rear passenger door fold down seat and remove two remaining fasteners that secure trunk liner.
4. Remove trunk liner.
5. Using Router Docking Station as a template, drill or punch four 1/8” diameter holes in level area near rear of trunk liner. Use caution-insulation located behind this area can bind in drill bit.
6. Attach docking station using four supplied nylon Key Hole clips.

INSTALLATION
1. Remove the four screws mounting the hood release under the dash.
2. Move hood release assembly 3/4” toward the passenger side of the vehicle and re-mount using the three #10 self-tapping screws provided. Note: The larger hole in the dash mount will not be reused. (Fig. 2)
3. Place the supplied dash bracket between the hood latch and the emergency brake release. Bend the dash bracket so it is parallel to the firewall (Fig. 2). The amount of bend may vary. Note: to protect the finish, place the bracket between two small blocks of wood in a vice and tap down with a soft face hammer or lift with non-marring tool.
