Note on Sport Model Trucks – This light bar will not mount correctly on sport model trucks without realigning the bumper. TRUCKS WITH FACTORY TOW HOOKS
1. Temporarily remove the factory tow hooks and set them aside along with the bolts.
2. Position your KC light bar so the brackets will sandwich between the tow hooks and the frame. ( NOTE – The light bar must be rolled into Bumper place by inserting the lower end of the brackets into the opening first Bolts and then rolling it up into place.)

The interior ventilation filter for Acura RDX, TL, TSX, Honda Accord, Civic, CR-V. Interior ventilation filter is located in filter housing behind glove compartment door.
1. Open glove box door. Grasp and pull down on the glove door holding rod located on the right side of the glove box door.
2. Insert a flat-tip screw driver to the glove box door stays and gently apply pressure towards the inside of the door to remove glove box door stays. Swing glove box door downwards.

I do not have the information on the 2007 and up models. I have no way of knowing if this modification will work as posted on any model above the 2006. If you have an electrical manual, and/or service manual for the 2007 models, send me a copy of the schematics and I’ll take a look and see if it is compatible. A more important note: This mod will most likely cause some concern for, if not invalidate your warranty if something happens to the Multiplex Control Unit (MCU). I have no idea how Honda would respond to anyone who does something to damage the unit. I urge anyone who is weak at heart or lacking in electrical skills to be aware that while I’m sorry if you totally trash your MCU it’s not my fault so don’t start whining at me if you screw it up.

This Service Bulletin contains Oxygen Sensor (O2S) Monitor threshold values for all models from 1996 to 2003 and some 2004 models. Starting in 2004, the O2S Monitor threshold values can be found in the repair manual. These values are used when analyzing the O2S test results to determine the O2S condition.

The Ford supplied Sierra 4×4 Supplementary Workshop Manual is a “must have” for any owner of one of these cars. The biggest problem can be actually finding one to purchase. I got lucky and managed to get mine direct from a Ford dealer, brand new for Ł8, who was having a clearout. They do appear regularly at autojumbles and it is just a case of keep looking. Paint formulations are determined by each paint company. For questions about formulas or color matching, call your paint supplier or one of the companies listed at the end of this service bulletin. The number following the paint description is the paint process used during the vehicle manufacture:
1 – Two-stage process. Clear coat is applied over the color coat.
2 – Two-stage process. A small amount of color is mixed in the clear coat and applied over the color.
3 – Single-stage process. No clear coat is applied.
