Installation Stainless Steel Oval on Dodge RAM HD Crew Cab:
1. Read instructions completely and check to make sure that all required parts (listed on service parts list) are on hand before starting the installation.
2. Oval step assemblies and brackets (item #1 & 2) are pre-assembled.
2.1. The front and rear mounting brackets on these assemblies are rotated for shipping purposes. These brackets must be rotated to the vertical position and the ‘/2″ bolts. Torque to 65 lb ft.

Thank you for purchasing the Self Leveling Kit for your Kelderman Air Ride System. The kit consists of an air compressor, air tank and height control valve and linkage The kit also includes the needed mounting brackets and hardware that will give the air ride automatic ride adjustment.
Installing the Self Leveling Kit
Step 1. Height Control Valve: This mounts to the top air ride frame (unless ‘94-’02 Dodge). To locate, hold the height control valve on top of the air ride top frame plate and set it so the front hole of the height control arm is equal to the end of the swing arm.

2003-Later Nissan 350Z Nitrous System

The Edelbrock Nissan 350Z Performer EFI Nitrous System (Part Number 71007) is designed for 2003-Later Nissan 350Z vehicles equipped with stock 3.5L engines that utilize the returnless style fuel system. Horsepower and torque increases can vary with equipment upgrades and modifications.
The system utilizes one nozzle that is installed in the intake boot just after the MAF (mass air sensor) filter and before the throttle body. The additional fuel needed is supplied by the vehicle’s standard fuel system. This system has been designed with some flexibility as to where certain components can be located to allow easy installation on vehicles with upgraded or modified equipment . The solenoid bracket is designed to be manipulated (bent, cut, twisted, etc.) and the electrical components have properly sized and ample lengths of wire.

AUTOMATIC FWD MODELS REMOVAL
1) Remove battery and battery tray. On 3000GT, remove undercover(s). On Eclipse turbo, drain and remove intercooler. On all models, remove air cleaner and case. Raise and support vehicle. Remove wheels. Disconnect control cables at transaxle. Drain transaxle fluid.
2) On Mirage 1.6L, disconnect tension rod. On all models, disconnect neutral safety switch connector, oil cooler hoses and electrical connectors from transaxle. Disconnect speedometer cable and throttle control cable (if equipped). Remove starter motor.
3) On Galant models with electronically controlled suspension, remove air compressor and bracket. Disconnect front height sensor rod at lower control arm.

Removal
1) Remove battery and battery tray. On Diamante, Stealth and 3000GT, remove undercover(s). On turbo models, drain and remove intercooler. On all models, remove air cleaner and case. Raise and support vehicle. Remove wheels. Disconnect control cables at transaxle. Drain transaxle fluid.
2) On Mirage 1.8L, disconnect tension rod. On all models, disconnect neutral safety switch connector, oil cooler hoses and electrical connectors from transaxle. Disconnect speedometer cable and throttle control cable (if equipped). Remove starter motor.
3) On models equipped with electronically controlled suspension, remove air compressor and bracket. Disconnect front height sensor rod at lower control arm.

2000-2004 Toyota Avalon Assembly

Dash Assembly: 1 Disconnect the negative battery-terminal to prevent an accidental short circuit. 2 Unsnap the trim below the climate control to reveal (2) 10 MM bolts and remove. (Figure A) 3 Carefully pull air vents above radio towards rear of car to unsnap. NOTE: There are (3) snaps, (2) are at the bottom sides and (1) is at the top middle of the vent assembly. (Figure B) 4 Remove (2) 10 MM bolts from above radio/climate control assembly. Unplug and remove assembly together. (Figure C) 5 Remove (6) Phillips screws (4 from radio and 2 from climate control) from each side bracket to separate radio and climate control. (Save climate controls and brackets to reuse during kit assembly). (Figure D) Continue to kit assembly.

Installation Procedure:
1. Remove the PLASTIC BUMPER FASCIA mounted to the bottom of the front bumper. For the Avalanche, remove the entire plastic bumper. Disconnect the fog lamp electrical harnesses prior to removing the bumper. Note: The airfoil/bumper will need to be permanently removed or notched to accommodate the undercarriage assembly.
2. Remove and discard the three bolts that secure each tow hook to the truck frame. The tow hooks should remain in the same position.
3. Align the undercarriage mount pockets (at each end of the PUSH BEAM WELDMENT) with the tow hook mounting brackets on the vehicle. Note: Use a floor jack to help facilitate the installation procedure.

INSTALLATION NOTES
1. Unless specified, mount all Sub-Frame components to vehicle before tightening any bolts.
2. Vehicle should be parked on a level surface with the
front suspension normally loaded.
MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Locate existing slotted holes in vehicle frame rails directly above front axle.
2. Install Mounting Bracket (#3)RH, using three (3) 5/8″ x 2″ Capscrews (#10) Washers, and Nylock Nuts provided.
