The purpose of this modification is to allow the MOBI-ARC’s PWM regulator to control the alternator. Read through these pages before undertaking modification. People not mechanically inclined may choose to have a local alternator re-builder facilitate this modification.
In its original configuration, this alternator uses diodes within the rectifier plate known as “avalanche” diodes. Avalanche diodes are fine for charging, but they are incompatible for welding due to their limited voltage breakdown rating. In order to use the MM alternator, a rectifier plate with standard diodes must be installed. We’ve manufactured bolt-in rectifier plates with standard diodes. The rectifier plates look identical, but electrically they different.

Transmission Service with the 1524 Transmission Flusher
The number one reason for transmission failure is fluid breakdown. Over time, the automatic transmission fluid (ATF) becomes contaminated and loses its viscosity and the ability to lubricate the moving parts within the transmission. Conventional service methods of dropping the pan and changing the filter result in only about 30-40% of the total ATF in the transmission being drained out. That leaves 60-70% of the old ATF to be mixed with the new ATF introduced during service. Therefore, adequate lubrication is not achieved.

The GROM AUX adapter – an integration between an MP3 player and a factory installed car stereo. Equipped with the specific vehicle harness and standard 3.5mm jack the GROM-AUX interface will allow you to connect your MP3/DVD/XM player or iPod / iPhone to the car stereo system easily.
Proper mounting location
Securely install the interface in a location that is free from heat, humidity, moving parts, or direct sunlight. Beware of hot airflow from your vehicle’s climate control system. We recommend securing the interface to a suitable location, free of sharp metal edges, using double-sided tape, Velcro, or wire ties.

Must only be installed on vehicles covered by the FIAT Authorization, and in any case that aren’t fitted with an ESP (Electronic Stability Program).
1. Lifting the vehicle
Lift the rear of the vehicle slightly using suitable jacks positioned in the lifting points to guarantee the safety of the operation and to avoid damaging the chassis: you don’t have to take all the load off the rear suspension, it’s enough to let the wheels down enough to be able to insert the air springs.
2. Fitting the suspension units
Unscrew the end of stroke buffer. Fit the top support of the AIR TOP (figure 2) in its place using the M10 x 1.25 x 25 screw and the flat washer supplied (torque down to 53 Nm) applying thread locking compound.

Spark-based rev-limiters can damage catalytic converters. If you have catalytic converters on your car, N2MB accepts no responsibility for damage caused by the WOT Box. This being said, many successful installs have been made on Catalytic-Converter equipped vehicles. Damage usually is only caused by using the launch-control feature for more than a few seconds, but once again, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK IF YOU HAVE CATALYTIC CONVERTERS.
The colors of wires from model year to model year may differ, and may be different on your car from those described in these instructions. Where discrepancies are known, they are described, but there may be more discrepancies than those listed. The best way to know that you have the right wire is to check the connectivity to the ECU and/or sensor at the pins described.
