STEP 1. Begin by opening the arm rest cover. Insert your hook tool under the left side of the small trim piece next to the cup holder. Pull gently to release the left retainer clip. Repeat on the right side to remove the trim piece. Remove the two (2) Phillips screws that are behind the small trim piece. Next, set the emergency brake and put the gear shift lever into gear. Remove the trim bezel around the gear shift by inserting your hook tool under its edge and gently pulling upwards. Work your hook tool around the bezel to release all six (6) clips.
