First remove the old cam bearings. Start by inserting the Black Drive Cap with the CD- ring into in the end of the Arbor you will tap with a hammer – in this case the end nearest to the permanently affixed Drive Mount. Slide the Black Drive Spool onto the Arbor, followed by the Red Spool Stabilizer, as shown in Fig. 1. Then proceed with removal of #1 bearing, tapping with a 31b miminum brass or lead hammer (steel hammers may damage the ends of the Arbor). Then reposition the Black Drive Spool and the Black Drive Cap onto the other end of the Arbor to remove #2-3-4-5 bearings, with the Blue Spool Stabilizer positioned as show in Fig. 2. DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY OF DIFF DROP KIT
1. Remove the 2 diff bolts on driver side differential that attach the diff housing to the frame mount. Install diff spacers (P/N C3DB) using new M12 X 1.75 X 50 bolts. This is to space the diff down ―” to improve the angle on the CV boots. See Fig. A
2. Repeat this process on the passenger side of the vehicle. Remove the 2 OEM diff nuts on passenger side differential that attach the housing to the frame. Install diff spacers (P/N C3DA) utilizing the supplied M12 x 1.75 nylon locking nuts. See Fig. B

Front Door Installation for Magnum, Charger, 300C
1. Using a pick tool pry open the screw covers behind the interior door release lever and below the arm rest and remove the screws.
2. Remove the four screws securing the door panel along the bottom.
3. Using the end of a Phillips screwdriver gently depress the center pin of the three plastic retainers securing the door panel. The center pin of the plastic retainer should depress approximately 1/8” and allow the retainer to be removed from the door panel. The two uppermost retainers do not need to be removed in order to remove the door panel.

Because this is a “Race Only” product, it will not meet emissions standards. As it is a “Race Only” product, it will also cause the “Check Engine” light to be illuminated after three complete driving cycles. This is not a problem for maximum performance. This kit allows the owner of any BMW to attach a front license plate to their BMW without the need to drill holes. BMW has always attached the front license plate by drilling the front bumper and permanently mounting the plastic license plate bracket to the front bumper with screws. The ‘NO HOLES’ kit mounts the front license plate utilizing the front tow hook attachment point. The kit comes complete with all mounting hardware, including the screws to affix the license plate to the bracket. The bracket allows for the mounting of normal size US License plates, Rallye Plates and European style plates.
