Pre-fit before painting. Install new, unpainted parts according to these instructions. Then remove parts, paint them and re-install. Painted or Altered Parts are Non-Refundable. The exhaust system must be installed before the side skirts. Do not tighten exhaust clamps or bracket until installation is complete. The entire Sniper side skirt kit must be installed before exhaust tip installation. The surface temperature where the 2-sided tape is applied must be 75o or above. This temperature must be maintained for 24 hours without moving vehicle or the 2-sided tape will fail.

Tools and Ease: Fairly easy 30 minutes
Tools/Supplies: Screwdriver, high flash point solvent (kerosene), possibly new air filter
Step 1 Remove the left rear side cover.
Step 2 Remove the five screws and retainer clip that secures the air cleaner housing cover. Remove the screw attached to the bracket that secures the air cleaner.

Disassembly
1. WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious personal injury, read and follow all warnings, notes and instructions in the steering column removal and installation procedure.
Remove the steering column. For additional information, refer to Steering Column in this section.
2. Remove the clockspring. For additional information, refer to Section 501-20B.
3. Remove the multifunction switch.
4. Unclip the steering column opening gearshift lever seal from the steering column.

Installation Pro.Fit Kit on Ford Transit Connect. Place the DTRT and the Hook Tool in the space between the dash molding and the air vent bezel above and to the right of the radio. Use the hook tool first to gently pry up the air vent bezel sufficient enough to insert the DTRT. Use the DTRT in a gentle twisting motion around the bezel to release the eleven (11) retainer clips securing the air vent bezel to the dash molding. Place bezel off to the side. Insert four (4) Mercedes/Audi radio removal tools in the slots located in the four corners of the radio as indicated by the arrows in Picture 1. Follow radio removal instructions included with the radio removal tools part number (DM-20-22).

Please Note: It is preferable to park on a flat surface, as you will have to engage and disengage the hand brake and shift from gears to neutral. If you cannot do so and are obliged to install the short shifter on a slightly inclined surface, place wooden blocks in front and behind the wheels to prevent the car from moving while you’re working. STEP 1. Begin by opening the arm rest cover. Insert your hook tool under the left side of the small trim piece next to the cup holder. Pull gently to release the left retainer clip. Repeat on the right side to remove the trim piece. Remove the two (2) Phillips screws that are behind the small trim piece. Next, set the emergency brake and put the gear shift lever into gear. Remove the trim bezel around the gear shift by inserting your hook tool under its edge and gently pulling upwards. Work your hook tool around the bezel to release all six (6) clips. Front Door Installation for Magnum, Charger, 300C
1. Using a pick tool pry open the screw covers behind the interior door release lever and below the
arm rest and remove the screws. Fig. 1
2. Remove the four screws securing the door panel along the bottom. Fig. 1
3. Using the end of a Phillips screwdriver gently depress the center pin of the three plastic retainers
securing the door panel. The center pin of the plastic retainer should depress approximately 1/8”
and allow the retainer to be removed from the door panel. The two uppermost retainers do not
need to be removed in order to remove the door panel. Fig. 2

REMOVAL & INSTALLATION the GM Full-Size Trucks Fuel Injectors
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Relieve the fuel system pressure.
3. Disengage the fuel meter body electrical connection and the fuel feed and return hoses from the engine fuel pipes.
4. Remove the upper manifold assembly.
5. Tag and remove the poppet nozzle out of the casting socket.
6. Remove the fuel meter body by releasing the locktabs. Each injector is calibrated. When replacing the fuel injectors, be sure to replace it with the correct injector.

1. Remove the auxiliary battery. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
2. Remove the cooling fan stator. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING .
3. Remove the degas bottle. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING .
4. Disconnect the upper radiator hose.

Installing the Front Skid Plate Mounts
The Audi TT Panzer Plate uses two stainless steel exhaust clamps to hold the front part of the plate to the beefy steel intercooler tube. This is the large diameter tube that crosses the front of the car from left to right in the lower engine bay. The stainless exhaust clamps fit the diameter of the intercooler tube perfectly. The passenger side exhaust clamp is used alone without any other bracketry. The driver side mount uses the same stainless exhaust clamp as the passenger side but the driver side clamp is attached to the custom aluminum bracket bracket.
