REMOVAL 1. Disconnect the ground cable from battery. 2. Remove the front grille RH and front grille LH. 3. Remove the clips inside the mounting portion of front grille RH and front grille LH. 4. Remove the six clips on the upper part of bumper. 5. Remove the clips, which secure the front bumper to fender. 6. Remove the clips, and turn over the mud guard LH and RH. 7. REMOVAL NOTE: Perform the work with the engine installed to body when replacing a single part. 1) Remove the V-belts. 2) Remove the crank pulley. 3) Remove the timing belt cover. 4) Remove the timing belt. 5) Remove the actuator cover of the intake cam sprocket. 6) Fasten the cam sprocket and remove from the cam shaft using ST. INSTALLATION NOTES
1. Unless specified, mount all Sub-Frame components to vehicle before tightening any bolts.
2. Vehicle should be parked on a level surface with the
front suspension normally loaded.
MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Locate existing slotted holes in vehicle frame rails directly above front axle.
2. Install Mounting Bracket (#3)RH, using three (3) 5/8″ x 2″ Capscrews (#10) Washers, and Nylock Nuts provided.
