INSTALLATION Roof Rack on 2008 CR-V
NOTE: Be careful not to damage the roof and other finished surfaces of the body when installing the roof rack.
1. Using a flat-tip screwdriver wrapped with a shop towel, remove the four roof trim covers (four retaining tabs for each cover).
2. Clean the paint off of the mounting studs. Thread on a special nut until you feel resistance, then turn it an additional 90°. Remove the nut, and blow the nut and stud clean with compressed air. Repeat this process until the nut threads all the way on.
3. Repeat step 2 for all of the remaining studs.

Installation steps this Moonroof visor on 2005 CRV:
1. Clean and wax the area to be covered with a high-quality paste wax.
2. Open the moonroof.
3. Using isopropyl alcohol on a shop towel, clean the areas where the EPT sealer will attach.
4. Remove the adhesive backing from the EPT sealer, and attach it to the roof in the area shown.
5. Insert a Phillips-head screw through each of the holes on the top of the visor; loosely install the clips and self-locking nuts.

1. Using a flat-tip screwdriver wrapped with a shop towel, remove the two front covers and two rear covers from the roof trim.
2. Clean the rubber seal attachment position with a shop towel moistened with isopropyl alcohol.
3. Remove the adhesive backing from the back of the rubber seal and attach the rubber seal on the inside of the roof trim as shown.
• When attaching the rubber seal, align the center of the rubber seal with the hole at the center of the roof rack installation base as shown.
• Attach the rubber seal with the ends aligned at the beginning of the curvature as shown.

2003-2004 (KJ) Jeep® Liberty NOTE: This notification applies only to the above vehicles equipped with Remote Keyless Entry (Sales Code GXM) built from April 1, 2003 through December 12, 2003 (MDH 0401XX through 121200).
The rear flip-up window switch on about 120,000 of the above vehicles may be improperly sealed and could allow water to enter into the switch. This can cause the flip-up window to open unintentionally if it is left unlocked. The rear flip-up window switch must be replaced on all affected vehicles.

Removal 1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING . 2. Drain the engine oil. 3. Remove the intake manifold. For additional information, refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD. 4. Remove the evaporator core housing. For additional information refer to CLIMATE CONTROL . 5. Disconnect the wiring harness retainers from the studs. 6. Remove the injection control pressure (ICP) sensor. 7. If equipped, remove the nut and position the transmission fluid and indicator aside. 8. Remove the bolts, stud bolts and the valve cover. Clean and inspect the valve cover gasket. Relieve the fuel system pressure before servicing fuel system components in order to reduce the risk of fire and personal injury. After relieving the system pressure, a small amount of fuel may be released when servicing the fuel lines or connections. In order to reduce the risk of personal injury, cover the regulator and fuel line fittings with a shop towel before disconnecting. This will catch any fuel that may leak out. Place the towel in an approved container when the job is complete, and of course, no smoking. Magna Charger strongly recommends the following:
