Deadbolt – Rear Door
1 Tape the REAR DOOR BRACKET TEMPLATE to the inside of the right rear door as shown in Fig. 1.
2 Carefully mark the hole locations with a center punch and drill holes as indicated on the template.
3 Using a metal cutting jigsaw cut away the area indicated by the dashed lines on the template.
4 Tape the DOOR JAMB TEMPLATE to the door as shown in Fig. 2.

Engine noisy – Too Much Fuel Pressure or fuel delivery code
1) Cause: Check fuse is good and in controller’s fuse holder securely, and all power connections are secure, including connectors for both pumps are fully plugged in.
2) Lift pump pressure supplying both CP3 pumps pressure too high. Supply pressure from lift pump should not exceed 12-15 psi.

Rear Disc Brake Conversion

The rear disc brake system consists of a solid rear disc brake rotor (5) and a single-piston rear disc brake caliper. The rear brake pads and linings are held in position between the rear disc brake caliper and the rear disc brake rotor by two guides, two shims, and an M-spring. It is not necessary to remove the rear disc brake caliper completely to replace the rear brake pads and linings; the rear brake pads and linings can be removed simply by pivoting the rear disc brake caliper on its rear disc support bracket.

The installation of AWE Cold Cone Box for Volksgagen Mk5, CC and Audi A3, TT vehicles:
Step 1: On 2006-08 FSI engines, remove the entire engine cover assembly and inlet ducting. Leave the duct that bolts to the radiator support in place. Remove the MAF sensor from the engine cover assembly. On 2008.5-> TSI engines, remove the factory airbox, intake tubing, and MAF sensor housing. Leave the duct that bolts to the radiator support in place. Remove the MAF sensor from the sensor housing.

Section 1: Repair instructions for E36 1. Connect DIS/MoDiC 3 tester to a vehicle and read out SRS module fault code memory. If the above mentioned SRS faults are set in the airbag control module, proceed with the repair. 2. Remove corresponding front seat. For a removal instructions refer to RA 52 10 000 , or RA 52 10 001 (sports seat) which can be found in the Technical Information System (TIS). 3. Disconnect vehicle’s battery. 4. COWL TOP VENT PANEL
1. Remove windshield wiper pivot arms. Remove cowl top vent panel retaining screws. Release cowl top
vent panel retaining clips. Remove windshield wiper fluid hose. Remove cowl top vent panel.
2. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts and nuts to specification. See TORQUE

1. Remove cowl top vent panel. See COWL TOP VENT PANEL . Release fuel pressure and disconnect

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Unclip and remove the electrical plug from the MAS (Mass Air Sensor).
3. Remove the two screws securing the resonator tube to the air box lid.
4. Unclip and remove the intake hose from the MAS.
5. Undo the 2-air box mounting bolts and remove the air box from the vehicle.
6. Unbolt and remove the rear gearbox-mounting bolt as shown.

REMOVE FOLLOWING PARTS:
1. Remove knee panel and steering wheel shroud.
INSTALLING CRUISE CONTROL:
1. Locate 40 pin pass through connector left of steering column clipped to metal support bracket. Connect “White” wire from cruise harness to position 8 of 40 pin connector “Gray” wire for cruise input.

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent an accidental short circuit.
2. Unclip and remove the center console trim panel. (Figure A)
3. Unclip the center dash trim panel.
4. Remove (4) screws securing the radio. Disconnect and remove the radio.
5. Remove (3) screws securing the radio rear support bracket and remove the bracket.

PROCEDURES:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION. DRILLING MAY BE REQUIRED.
2. From underside the driver side front of the vehicle, remove the factory body mount bolt. Remove but do not discard the rubber bushing. Install (1) 12-1.75mm x 120mm Hex Bolt with (1) 12mm ID x 30.1mm OD x 3.1mm Flat Washer and (1) 12mm Lock Washer through the Driver Side Front Mounting Bracket. Position (1) Spacer Plate between the Mounting Bracket and the factory rubber bushing, (Figure 4). Slide the complete assembly up into position under the cab mounting bracket and thread the 12mm Hex Bolt into the factory mounting hole. Snug but do not tighten at this time.
