Start by removing the factory pillar. This is done by pulling down the rubber door gasket and removing the two screws in the handle area of the pillar, tip the top towards the steering wheel to get it out. You have to use a little force to get it free of the dash.
Though the gauge pod is intended to be used as a replacement for the factory pillar, we suggest cutting the handle off of the factory pillar and using the gauge pod as a cover. This is so that the backs of the gauges will not be visible through the windshield after installation.

As a general rule, the taller a vehicle is, the easier it will roll. Offset, as much as possible, what is lost in rollover resistance by increasing tire track width. In other words, go “wide” as you go “tall”. Many sportsmen remove their mud tires after hunting season and install ones more appropriate for street driving; always use as wide a tire and wheel combination as possible to enhance vehicle stability. Braking performance and capability are decreased when significantly larger/heavier tires and wheels are used. Take this into consideration while driving.

The information below documents the procedure I used to install the Hella Micro DE fog lamps on Saab 92-X.
Disclaimer: This information is provided as a reference and the author assumes no responsibility for any damage that may result from this modification to your car.
1. Prep: I started by purchasing the stock Subaru Fog Lamp Relay and Fog Lamp Switch. Since the car is pre-wired for the factory fog lamps, this allows you to use the existing wiring for the installation of the Hella fog lamps.
The part numbers for the parts are: The Fog Lamp Relay is B48 in the diagram below and is the 3rd relay from the bottom. The location will be the only one empty. The Fog Lamp switch is connected to B160, which will be right behind the switch location. By removing the change holder, I was able to install the relay and switch, and plug the connector into the back of the switch without removing the lower dash panel, but it requires some patience.

This how-to is based on my experience in replacing the rear wheel bearing on my 2000 2.5RS. I believe it is one of the more difficult setups to work with, because of the e-brake and lateral link bolt. Overall, this should be very similar to whatever car you have. There are different ways of doing this, many people prefer to simply take the whole knuckle to a shop, have everything pressed out and new stuff pressed in. The method covered here does not require you to remove the knuckle from the car.

Running boards cannot be installed if vehicle is equipped with front splash guards.
NOTE:• Thoroughly clean the bottom of the body from the rear wheels to the front wheels.
• Be careful not to damage the body paint finish. To prevent damage, place a blanket under the side step board during the installation.
• These instructions show the left running board being installed; the same procedure applies to installing the right running board.
1. Turn the steering wheel all the way counterclock- wise.
2. Remove and retain the four self-tapping screws from the left front inner fender.

If like me, you forgot to change the timing belt at the last service and it went “ping” while driving to the shops, you may wish to invest in new engine, or at the very least a few new valves, rockers and possibly the cylinder head… If you are sensible and know that it needs changing, then this little guide is for you. Applies to the 1.4 and 1.6 CVH or PTE engine, but can be applied generally to other models too. Pictures and references to Haynes are made in square brackets where appropriate!

It is recommended that this set be professionally installed if you are unfamiliar with this type of work, and a factory service manual be purchased prior to performing any work on your vehicle for proper disassembly, reassembly and torque specs. These instructions are intended for bushing removal and install
of Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings, once you have removed the factory component from your vehicle.
1. Properly support the vehicle on the frame.
2. Remove the lower control arm. (Note: It is easier to remove the one bolt connecting the control arm to the spindle than it is to remove the three bolts that attach the ball joint to the control arm.)

Application for 2005 – 2011 Ford Mustan. Note: Use of these components will require 18” Wheels minimum. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that their wheels will fit. Note: The factory supplied Temporary Spare Tire will no longer fit the front of the vehicle with this kit. If you have a flat front tire, we recommend placing the mini spare on the back and transferring an 18 inch wheel to the front.
