This coil spring lift kit should only be installed on vehicles in good working condition. Before installation, the vehicle should be thoroughly inspected for evidence of corrosion or deformation. This coil lift kit should not be installed on any vehicle that is suspected to have been in a collision or misused. These solenoids will work for KM-175, 176, and 177 Series transmissions. The 3 ohm solenoid will work on all year models in the EPC position. It is also used in the DCC position on Mitsubishi vehicles prior to ‘93, and on later Hyundai and Chrysler vehicles. IF A 3 OHM RESISTANCE SOLENOID IS USED ON A SYSTEM REQUIRING A 13 OHM SOLENOID, THE COMPUTER WILL BE DAMAGED.
There are two methods to determine which ohms of resistance DCC (lock-up) solenoid is needed.

The AEM intake system is a performance product that can be used safely during mild weather conditions. During harsh and inclement weather conditions, you must return your vehicle to stock OEM air box and intake tract configuration. Failure to follow these instructions will void your warranty.
1. Preparing Vehicle
a. Make sure vehicle is parked on level surface.
b. Set parking brake.
c. If engine has run in the past two hours, let it cool down.
d. Disconnect negative battery terminal.
e. Do not discard stock components after removal of the factory system.

Step 1: Remove the intake in order to free up space so you can get to the back of the passenger side headlight.
Step 2: Remove the access cap on the back of the headlight to reveal the stock bulb. Also think about where you want to mount the ballast so you can clean the surface with degreaser or alcohol so that the sticky pad will stick. I chose to place my ballast under the intake as shown. Also unplug the bulbs wiring harness so you can remove the stock halogen bulb.
Step 3: Drill a 1” hole into the back access cap for the wires to feed through. Then feed the wire harness of the bulbs through the hole from the inside out and seal the 1” hole that you drilled with the gasket as shown. You should have the bulb and the connector that will plug into the OEM bulb harness both coming out of the same side.

This is installation instructions for BMW F800 from Powercommander. The ignition MUST be turned OFF before installation! 1 Remove the following: -Seat -Upper side fairings -Middle cover -Battery -Airbox -Lower fairings on ST model 2 Unplug the stock wiring harness from each injector. 3 Lay the PCIII near the fuel pump (under seat) temporarily. 4 Route the PCIII harness along the right hand side of the bike and go towards the throttle bodies. 5 Plug the PCIII harness in-line of the stock wiring harness and injectors. 6 Unplug the stock wiring harness from the Throttle Position Sensor (Fig. D). Section 1: Repair instructions for E36 1. Connect DIS/MoDiC 3 tester to a vehicle and read out SRS module fault code memory. If the above mentioned SRS faults are set in the airbag control module, proceed with the repair. 2. Remove corresponding front seat. OVERVIEW: VEHICLE 1 Using a 10mm socket with ratchet, loosen the nut and remove the negative battery cable from the negative post of the battery. 2 Using a 10mm socket with ratchet, remove the grounding bolt from the inner fender. This grounding bolt is located on the drivers’ inner fender behind the battery as shown in Figure B. 3 Using a 10mm socket with ratchet, remove the two bolts holding the windshield washer reservoir. 4 Lift the reservoir out of its place and unplug the green washer pump connector from the washer pump at the bottom of the reservoir. 5 Locate and disconnect the two front wiring harness plugs (E2 and E3). Removal 1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING . 2. Drain the engine oil. 3. Remove the intake manifold. For additional information, refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD. 4. Remove the evaporator core housing. For additional information refer to CLIMATE CONTROL . 5. Disconnect the wiring harness retainers from the studs. 6. Remove the injection control pressure (ICP) sensor. 7. If equipped, remove the nut and position the transmission fluid and indicator aside. 8. Remove the bolts, stud bolts and the valve cover. Clean and inspect the valve cover gasket. 2. Remove the cooling fan stator. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING .
3. Remove the degas bottle. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING .
4. Disconnect the upper radiator hose.

Position the modular systems and the modules under the dashboard driver s side 30 connect to the 4 mm RED wire located in the 2 way white connector in the fuse box 31 connect directly to the car body 15 54 connect to the 1 5 mm ORANGE wire located in the wiring harness and 2 coming out of the ignition key alternatively.
