The Edelbrock Performer #2146 & #2515 intake manifolds will work with 400, 430, and 455 c.i.d. big-block Buick engines. The Performer #2146 is designed to accomodate original cold air induction hoods, while the B4B #2515 relocates the carb pad for optimal fuel distribution. These manifolds optimize performance for engines operating in the idle to 5500 rpm range. They are compatible with OEM carburetors that use a divorced-style or electric choke only; hot air tube models will need to have their choke converted to electric or disabled. These intake manifolds are recommended for street rods and street high performance applications. When used with any mix of aftermarket equipment designed for idle to 5500 rpm operation, the performance increases will be even greater.

The Edelbrock CH-6B intake manifold is designed for 440 c.i.d. Chrysler engines with 3 x 2-barrel carburetors. Manifold also fits 413 and 426 (wedge) c.i.d. engines. It is a stock replacement/street legal part for 1968-1971 440 V8 engines with OEM 3 x 2-barrel carburetors. This manifold was original equipment on Chrysler 440 Six-Pack engines (Chrysler #P04529056). Will not fit 1962-1964 Max-Wedge cylinder heads. EGR SYSTEMS: These manifolds will not accept stock EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) equipment. EGR systems are used on most 1972 and later model vehicles. Check local laws for requirements.

EGR SYSTEMS: This manifold will not accept stock EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) equipment. EGR systems are used on some 1972 and later
model vehicles and only in some states. Check local laws for requirements. This manifold is a street legal replacement part when used with the OEM carburetor on 1968-72 472 and 500 c.i.d. V8 passenger cars.
• MANIFOLD: The Performer Cadillac is intended to be used in high performance and engine swap applications. The carb pad is 3″ taller than stock, and will not fit many stock applications. Check your hood clearance before installation! The manifold accepts either original equipment Q-Jet carburetors or Edelbrock Performer Series square-bore carbs as listed below. The runners and plenums are sized for operation from idle to 5500 rpm on 500 c.i.d. engines.
• CARBURETOR RECOMMENDATIONS: CAUTION- Use only carburetors recommended. If parts required for installation are unavailable locally, contact Edelbrock directly.

The intake manifold assembly is a two-piece design. The upper portion is made from a composite material and the lower portion
is cast-aluminum. The throttle body attaches to the upper manifold. The lower manifold has an Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR)
port cast into the manifold for mixture of exhaust gases with the fuel and air mixture. The EGR valve bolts into the lower intake
manifold.

The Edelbrock RPM Air-Gap #7516 intake manifold has been designed for 262-400 c.i.d. small-block Chevy engines equipped with Vortec style cylinder heads. The manifold accepts late model water neck, air conditioning, alternator and H.E.I. ignition systems. Use the recommended electric or manual type choke square bore carburetors only. This intake manifold is recommended for street high performance and race vehicles only. The RPM Air Gap manifold provides good low rpm response for street performance vehicles while providing increases in horsepower and torque up to 6500 RPM. When used with any mix of aftermarket equipment designed for this operating range, the performance increases will be even greater.
