You AC should be cooling more effectively than that on MaxAC − I’d take it back and get the pressure checked to ensure you don’t have a leak. Something is funny about your problem though as MaxAC should work even with a bad blend door. MaxAC opens the recirculating air damper, shuts off the flow to the heater core and cranks the AC so you should get full cooling. If you look on this picture below you will see how it all is setup − the blend door is in the middle and controls air flow around the heater core after the AC evaporator. If the heater core is off then you should still get full cooling even if the blend door is wonky.

Various 1997-2008 vehicles equipped with either 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive and equipped with control trac may exhibit a shudder on acceleration/deceleration, binding in slow speed turns or noise from the front driveline and/or transfer case. The shudder/binding will occur with the vehicle being operated in the awd/auto 4×4 mode. The shudder/binding may be due to incorrect tire circumference or improper tire inflation pressures.

Introduction: Remove/Install rear sub-frame bushes in Mondeo. Can be used in situ – no need to remove sub-frame from vehicle. Applications: Ford Mondeo 2001, 10/2000 onwards
3.1 Ensure that the vehicle is adequately supported on axle stands before working under the vehicle.
3.2 Although there is no need to remove the sub-frame from the vehicle it will be necessary to lower it to gain access to both sides of the bush housing.

In the late 1990’s and early 2000’s several accidents were reported of Ford Explorers equipped with Firestone tires rolling over as a consequence of tires’ failures. By the end of 2000 the death toll was estimated at more than 250, and some 3,000 incidents had been associated with ‘defective’ Firestone tires mounted on Ford Explorers. These problems were frequently encountered in Saudi Arabia and Venezuela but also occurred in mid-western US. The US reports triggered a crisis for the two companies.

Application for 2005 – 2011 Ford Mustan. Note: Use of these components will require 18” Wheels minimum. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that their wheels will fit. Note: The factory supplied Temporary Spare Tire will no longer fit the front of the vehicle with this kit. Removal: 1. Raise vehicle on a hoist, allowing the front suspension lower arms (3078) to hang free.
2. Remove wheel and tire assembly.
3. Remove disc brake caliper (2B120), then wire it out of the way to obtain working room.
4. Disconnect tie rod end (3A130) assembly from the front wheel spindle (3105) using Tie Rod End Remover TOOL-3290-D or equivalent.

The following procedures for removing the fan clutch gives the factory recommended loosening and tightening directions for the fan hub nut. However, it has been our experience that certain aftermarket parts manufacturers have changed this to enable use of universal fit parts. We recommend trying the factory direction first, then, if the nut doesn’t seem to be moving, reverse the direction. Placing too much load on the water pump snout will break it.
