The GMRC-03 is designed to be used in Cadillac’s that do not have Onstar or amplified systems. It will retain the warning chimes that are lost when the factory radio is removed. The GMRC-03 will also provide a 12 volt switched accessory wire for proper radio operation. *Note: The GMRC-03 can be used in Cadillac’s that come with a factory amplifier; however the factory amplifier must be bypassed and the speaker wires on the GMRC-03 must not be used. At Cadillac, excellence is our only standard – and the experts are taking notice. Take our Escalade, Escalade ESV and Escalade EXT, for example. When you’re willing to settle only for excellence.

The Optima is Kia’s first run at the mid-size class, and while it might not be on the same level as the Honda Accord or
Toyota Camry, it has most of the right stuff to compete. For 2005, this Hyundai Sonata clone receives only minor updates,
including clear turn signals and updated leather seats. The standard engine is a 2.4-liter, DOHC four-cylinder unit making
138 hp. An optional 170-hp, 2.7-liter V-6 is also available. The four-cylinder is offered with a Sportmatic automatic
transmission. The Optima comes in two trim levels: LX and EX. LX’s get standard power windows, a CD player, cruise
control, and air conditioning. The EX adds alloy wheels, a sunroof, leather, climate control, and keyless entry. The Optima
is a sophisticated car-right on target for the mid-priced class and, as a bonus, it carries Kia’s killer 10-year/100,000-mile
warranty.

The Secret To Suspensions
At most, you’ve got 4 strips of rubber keeping you connected to the ground. Keep this in mind at all times when considering how a chance will affect that tire/ground interface. An optimized suspension will take into account how each suspension components affects the vehicle in acceleration, braking, cornering, over rough terrain (even race tracks have berms) and especially at the limit of adhesion when encountering any combination these at the same time.

The GM20SR is a plug and play interface that allows replacement of a General Motors Class II factory stereo in Cadillac CTS and SRX vehicles. Hyundai has taken advantage of the continuing boom in the 4WD market by introducing the Terracan, a medium-large seven-seat wagon. Two models are available, the Terracan and the Terracan Highlander. Both versions provide seating for up to seven people and both are Read the rest of this entry »

GMC / Chevrolet no longer offers the 3500HD pickup truck. There is still a dual rear wheeled 3500, but its maximum GVWR is only 11,400lbs. The Class 4 & 5 GVWR ranges (14,001 to 19,500lbs) that used to be covered by the 3500HD are now part of the GMC / Chevrolet TopKick / Kodiak (4500/5500 family) line of trucks.

The TopKick / Kodiak line of trucks is much more similar in overall construction to its heavier GVWR cousins than it is to the old 3500HD pickup trucks. Therefore, the DMF RW-1019 railgear has been modified to better suit this line of trucks. The redesigned RW-1019 for TopKick /Kodiak trucks is very similar to the larger DMF RW-1212 and RW-1420 railgear. The only difference between this RW-1019 for the Chevy /GMC 4500 / 5500 series trucks and the RW-1212 and RW-1420 line is the size of the rail wheels, bearings, axle and the pivot arms.
