B. Locate and remove all other fasteners that attach the OEM bumper cover to the vehicle. Once you’ve removed the fasteners, slowly remove the bumper cover. Note that some vehicles may have the foam bumper protector inside, where some may have the plastic protector. The Pro-gard Push Bumper was designed for the plastic protector.

The information below documents the procedure I used to install the Hella Micro DE fog lamps on Saab 92-X.
Disclaimer: This information is provided as a reference and the author assumes no responsibility for any damage that may result from this modification to your car.
1. Prep: I started by purchasing the stock Subaru Fog Lamp Relay and Fog Lamp Switch. Since the car is pre-wired for the factory fog lamps, this allows you to use the existing wiring for the installation of the Hella fog lamps.
The part numbers for the parts are: The Fog Lamp Relay is B48 in the diagram below and is the 3rd relay from the bottom. The location will be the only one empty. The Fog Lamp switch is connected to B160, which will be right behind the switch location.
