Neon Front Door Instructions:
1. Using a pick tool pry open the screw cover behind the interior door release lever and remove the screw.
2. Remove the screws in the armrest pocket and at the top of the door near the front.
3. For models with manual windows use a window crank removal tool to disengage the pin securing the window
crank and pull the window crank from the door. The triangle shaped piece that houses the side mirror
adjustment control lever will need to be pulled away from the door. Using a panel removal tool gently pry
the bottom of the plastic away from the door to release the fasteners and let it hang by the mirror control cables.

Step 1-Unpack QuickLIFT kit and verify contents.
Remove all items from the packing tube. You should have the following before beginning:
* (2) Gas Charged Springs
* (4) 3/16″ multi-grip rivets – used on hood brackets
* (4) Self tapping high strength screws – used on fender brackets
* (4) Fender & Hood Steel brackets
* Printed Instructions
* Gas Spring locking clips (already installed on the gas spring ball ends – Remove before assembly – DO NOT LOSE, these are very small and disappear if dropped.)

Tools you need: • Torx T-20 • Socket wrench size M10 • Small screwdriver • Chalk or pencil (if you want to put some marks on the bodykit to fix it exactly as it was) • A bucket to store the washer fluid (remember: it might be upto 6.5 liters!) • Old soft blankets, wood blocks or a friend to lend a helping hand to avoid scratches to the bumper paint

Installation: 2005 Dodge Charger or Magnum
1. Remove the 2 plastic covers that protect the front area under the hood (Fig. 1). They snap into or out of the vehicle.
2. Remove the 2 bolts that hold the hood latch assembly on and set it aside (do not disconnect the cables). Unplug the horn wire and place the wire out of the way (Figs. 1 & 2).
3. Mount speaker to bracket (Fig. 3).
4. Remove all the plastic rivets from the top of the front of the body of the vehicle, then pull the body toward the front of the vehicle (the body is flexible). Slide the 2 U-Nuts onto the support braces (Fig. 4) and place the bracket (with siren attached) on top of the U-Nuts. The front “ears” of the bracket rest on the two U-Nuts which clip onto the support braces (Fig. 4). The rear of the bracket will mount behind the hood latch assembly using the hood latch’s mounting hardware (Fig. 2).

Step 1. Driver & Passenger Bottoms/DB&PB: All of the parts of your seat cover are labeled on the inside. Use the “Seat Cover Piece Identification Chart” to identify the pieces. Place the seat cover on with the long hook (sticky) fasteners to the front. Line up the seams of the seat cover to the seams of the seat, they should closely match. Route the hook fasteners under the front of the seat, avoiding any seat mechanisms, and mate them to the carpet on the back edge as shown.

Front Door Installation for Magnum, Charger, 300C
1. Using a pick tool pry open the screw covers behind the interior door release lever and below the arm rest and remove the screws.
2. Remove the four screws securing the door panel along the bottom.
3. Using the end of a Phillips screwdriver gently depress the center pin of the three plastic retainers securing the door panel. The center pin of the plastic retainer should depress approximately 1/8” and allow the retainer to be removed from the door panel. The two uppermost retainers do not need to be removed in order to remove the door panel.

The DMF is bolted to a plate on the crank from the engine side. Access to the engine side of the plate can be found on the lower right side of the firewall. The flywheel must be rotated to remove all 8 bolts. Then remove plate from crank Orientation of release fork for Dodge Ram applications Please note that the clutch fork on this vehicle can be installed in the reverse position. When installed incorrectly, the result will be a “growing noise coming from the belt housing end/or a no release condition. Please refer to Figure Number 4 for the correct fork orientation during the assembly process.

Do not install the kits listed below on 2003 model year Dodge trucks built up to June 27th 2005 with automatic transmissions without a transmission controller. Pacbrake has kits for these vehicles that include an automatic transmission controller.
C44031 Pacbrake kit is a PRXB design for 2003 model year and newer Dodge trucks built up to January 4th 2004 with a Cummins 5.9L and manual shift transmission only.
