START WITH THE REAR BAR
1. Drive the vehicle onto a 4-post lift or floor ramps. THE CAR NEEDS TO BE AT NORMAL RIDE HEIGHT FOR PROPER INSTALLATION. You cannot have the suspension hanging while installing this bar!
2. Once vehicle is raised, take a moment and observe the stock rear bar and the way in which it is mounted.
3. Release rear exhaust hangers and middle hangers then let hang. (ok to use small amount of WD40 to loosen) Or, you may unbolt the hanger brackets using an extension and 13mm socket.

A MacPherson strut-type suspension is used. Suspension consists of a vertically mounted strut and coil spring
assembly. Top of strut assembly is mounted to chassis frame; bottom is mounted to a ball joint, bolted to lower
control arm. The steering knuckle/spindle assembly is an integral part of strut. A stabilizer bar connects to
control arms through rubber-mounted links.

2. The Messier-Bugatti anti-skid system installed on the Falcon 900 requires the use of the 6 Drive Motors with 4 PN AS-300-203 Axel Adapters, 2 P/N AS-300-204 Axel Adapters.

• Remove Wheels
• Remove nut (1) and bolt (2). (According to manufacturer, “Audi”, bolt and nut must be replaced)
• move the two upper balljoints (3 and 4) upwards.
• remove nut (5) and bolt (6).
• remove caps and take off nuts (7 and 8).
• remove complete shock spring assembly.
• Dismantel using spring compressor
• while dismantling the shock spring assembly – review the parts list.
• Note: When removing the spring shock – unit consider the position of the pivot bearing (Figure 2).
• Adjust lower spring seat height (see parts list, upper edge spring plate to center attachment bolt)
• Installation is the reverse or removal. Note torque specs of following page.

Removal 1. Disconnect ground cable from battery. 2. Jack-up vehicle, support it with safety stands, and remove front wheels. 3. Unlock axle nut. See Fig. 9 . CAUTION: Be sure to loose and retighten axle nut after removing wheel from vehicle. Failure to follow this rule may damage wheel bearings. 4. Remove axle nut while depressing brake pedal to prevent front drive shaft from turning. 5. Remove stabilizer link. See Fig. 10 . 6. Remove disc brake caliper from housing, and suspend it from strut using a wire. 7. Remove disc rotor from hub. See Fig. 11 . 1. Disconnect the battery. For additional information, refer to BATTERY & CHARGING SYSTEM .
2. Raise and support the vehicle. For additional information, refer to IDENTIFICATION CODES
3. Remove the parts in the order indicated in the following illustration and table. WARNING: Brake fluid contains polyglycol ethers and polyglycols. Avoid contact with eyes. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. If brake fluid contacts eyes, flush eyes with running water for 15 minutes. Get medical attention if irritation persists.
