Instructions:
1. Remove the stock GM 245mm impeller hub by boring a 3.380″/3.385″ diameter hole on center in the stock GM 245mm impeller (see Figure 1).
2. Install the Sonnax CH-90CM-27 impeller hub from the outside. Weld around the OD of the impeller hub, making sure it is centered in the impeller. This weld must be leak-proof (see Figure 2).
3. Once the impeller hub is fitted, fixture the impeller assembly in the lathe. Turn the lip of the impeller so that it is 3.80″ from the end of the impeller hub. Then turn the OD down to 10.150″/10.145″ diameter, .40″ from the end (see Figure 3).
4. Install the adapter ring on the impeller assembly as shown in Figure 4 and weld around the OD of the impeller. This weld must be leak-proof.

First widely introduced on series-production automobiles in the U.S. market for the 1975 model year to comply with tightening EPA regulations on auto exhaust, catalytic converters are still most commonly used in motor vehicle exhaust systems. A catalytic converter provides an environment for a chemical reaction wherein toxic combustion by-products are converted to less-toxic substances.

REMOVAL OF EXISTING MIRROR:
1. Have both windows in the down position. Remove the trim panel on both doors, start by removing two philips screws. One is located in the hand hold and the other is in the corner in front of the window. (note – there are two trim panel clips below the window).
2. Remove the foam insulation covering the stock mirror mounting nuts.
3. Support the stock mirror while removing the 3 mirror mount nuts and then remove the stock mirrors.

Tests/Procedures: 1. Ground the Violet/Yellow wire (disarm circuit) that goes to either front door and the theft alarm module. Have the keys out of the ignition and all doors closed when grounding the wire. This should disarm the theft alarm system and prevent the theft alarm from arming. 2. Check that the interior lights do not stay on due to the wire being grounded. If they do, the illuminated entry relay will need to be removed or another method of disabling the theft alarm will have to be used. 3. Another method if the theft alarm module is faulty would be to disconnect the module and replace the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with a new one.

This kit will allow you to adapt a Chrysler 392 Hemi engine to all GM transmissions utilizing the Chevrolet bolt pattern. The use of this adapter kit will require a stock length torque converter. (A GM torque converter must be used with this adapter kit. It will not work with a Chrysler torque converter). Your Chrysler starter will bolt into place without any modifications. You must purchase 2 Chevrolet motor mounts #22188497 and 2 motor mount shells #10213125 from your local Chevrolet dealer. If you select to use a standard stick shift, or 350 Turbo automatic transmission, you can use the stock S-10 crossmember with some slight modification. If you use a 400 Turbo automatic transmission, you must purchase Trans-Dapt crossmember mount #9714 for S-10 pickup applications or #9715 for S-10 Blazer applications, which are sold separately.

Installation
(1) Disconnect the vacuum hose, recirculation hose and remove the factory air bypass valve.
(2) Mount the GReddy Blow Off Valve on to the supplied adaptor using the provided gasket and hardware
(3) Remove the rubber sleeve off from the factory bypass valve and install it on to the GReddy Blow off valve adaptor.
Venting out to atmosphere Type
(1) Remover the plastic pipe out of the factory suction pipe and install the provided aluminum plug with factory hose clamp.
(2) Install the GReddy Blow Off Valve as shown using the factory hose clamps.
(3) Reconnect the vacuum using the factory hose clamps.
(4) Stick the emblem to the top housing.

NOTE: On some Turbo 400 transmissions, the webbing located inside the bell housing may interfere with two of the adapter plate kit bolts. Webbing must be trimmed to clear these bolts.

Disconnect the negative battery cable before removal of OEM exhaust. This will allow the computer to reset and recognize the new exhaust. Lay out the exhaust on the floor so it looks like the drawing and compare parts with manual.
1. To remove the stock exhaust remove it from in front of the stock muffler. DO NOT REMOVE STOCK HEADPIPE. Disengage the welded hangers using WD-40 from the OEM rubber grommets. Do not damage or remove the rubber grommets as you will re-use them to mount your new system.
2. Install head pipe #A onto your existing stock front pipe and attach with clamp #J. Use a jack stand to support the converter. Insert welded hanger into rubber grommet.
